Harold E. Corbin is a member of the American Institute of Parliamentarians and a Registered member of the National Association of Parliamentarians. He is a past member of the Community Associations of America; a charter member of the Central Indiana Chapter and served on the Board of Directors. He had published articles in the National magazine "Common Ground" and the local newsletter. The articles had to do with meeting procedure. Corbin has served National, State, and local organizations as consultant and convention parliamentarian, and has served as meeting consultant for and helped rewrite bylaws for Homeowner Associations.

Conventions served in recent years include the Indiana State Association of Psi Iota Psi, Indiana State Teacher's Association, Kentucky Education Association, and the Indianapolis, IN Public Transportation Corporation.

Corbin is a member of Toastmasters International and Past Governor of District Eleven; a member and past President of Anderson, IN Lions Club.
