Do Past Presidents generally have voting privileges?

Dear Carol,
Unless you have a provision for one in the bylaws, it has no power or authority. I assume this is for a board position. If your bylaws state the past president has a position on the board and nothing else concerning this position, then that person has the same power as a board member. Look in your bylaws to see what it says.
