How To Run A Meeeting

If you would like to know more about how Parliamentarian Procedure from Little Ben, click here for my DVD called How To Run A Meeting.

What if a president and vice president have resigned and there seats are still open who runs the meetings till these seats are filled the Treasurer or secretary. Thanks

Dear Cheryl,
The Secretary is always the Secretary and the Treasurer is always the Treasurer. The assembly should appoint a chairman protem to run the meetings. If this is a board then there should be an immediately election to fill the vacancies.

Cheerio,

Little Ben
