what is procedure to remove antique bylaws and incorporate a new set of by laws

Hi Raymond,

The best procedure is to appoint a Bylaw Committee and assign them the duty to prepare a revision of the bylaws for the assembly to consider. All members should be invited to submit suggestions to the committee to consider. Have the committee have a several meetings where the members are invited to come and give suggestions and also to review the progress of the committee. The more an organization can work together at this level the easier it will be to adopt a revision. I also suggest that you consult with a professional parliamentarian to help you, too.

Cheerio,

Little Ben
