Secretary / Treasurer resigns. Noone willing to take minutes uses. Should the meeting continue or be suspended but the president?
Dear Robbyn,
Someone can be appointed to take minutes of that meeting. If the secretary resigns during the meeting, then appoint a secretary pro tem during the meeting. If people do not want to take the minutes, it could be they don't know what should be in the minutes. The minutes should include what is done not want is said.
Cheerio,
Little Ben
