How do you dismiss an acting committee if the majority is not satisfied with their actions?
Dear James,
I would need more information about this problem. If the assembly has given a committee a specific direction for them to carry out and they are not doing that then the assembly can make a motion to discharge the committee. Remember most committees cannot do anything without the assembly's approval unless the bylaws specifically gives the committee the right to do something. The committee should take their ideas to the assembly to vote on and not carry them out without the assembly's approval. If you need a more specific answer then email at Littlebenone@gmail.com with more information and I will answer you from that e-mail address.
Cheerio,
Little Ben
