The board preresdent is doing what ever he wants to do he is also being paid to do the job ! He writes people up who he don't like, when there are at least 10 other people doing the same Violations but that is not the problem, one other thing he is trying to pass is that unless you live on the 4 th floor you can not go on the roof top anymore , ( there is 4 penthouses up on the 4th floor and one of them are his) I've been going up there for over 15 years and now he fines me if I go up to the 4 floor ... But this is the real question I want to ask .. The present got invloded in a residence who stole some mail from the front door of another person !! The president told the other person he has to pay the other guy 500 dollars or he will call the police .. Well to make this short I whiteness the money exchange UNTILL the president handed it to the other guy ... Then they evicted the other guy who paid ... I feel that the president should resign because this is black mail !! What he did .... How do I get him to resign ?

All I can say is "oh my gosh!" I think you can start by reporting the mail situation to the post office. If this is a condo association or some other entity that operates under state law, you may have a case about him being paid. Usually, presidents are forbidden to take a salary. If this is the case you may have a case to take to the Attorney General's office or Secretary of Sate's office. Surely there is an election once a year where someone can run against him. You also may be able to call the police and report this as a crime of extortion.
