Volume 1, Issue 1 A New Homeowner's Suprise
This article tells what happens when someone moves into a homeowners association and does not even know that they are in one until they receive a letter that tells them of a meeting. The owner then found out that assessments are being raised and the members did not have a say it. Board members believed they had more power than they did. The homeowner challenged it and the adventure began.
