IT CONTAINS 60 MINUTES OF CLEAR, STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO FOLLOW ROBERT'S RULES. AT THE END THERE IS A 20 MINUTE SIMULATED MEETING TO EXPLAIN THE MAJOR POINTS OF ROBERT'S RULES.
